Royal Oracle offers auditing services in Quality Management for gap analysis, legal requirements or certification readiness. Our team comprises of qualified ISO 9001 Implementers and Auditors trained and certified by institutions with international reputation.

We provide 1st and 2nd Party compliance audits to prepare clients for 3rd Party certification audits for ISO 9001. We generate full audit reports with recommendations to direct clients towards successful certification or re-certification audits.

Royal Oracle can also guide clients to developing Quality Management Systems (QMS) that complies with ISO 9001:2015 standard, even in cases were certification is not a requirement.

Royal Oracle conducts clients’ internal audits on their behalf. Audit reports produced indicate the state of readiness for the 3rd party ISO 9001 certification audit. Recommendations from the audit reports can also be used to improve the QMS even when certification is not required.	Where it is a requirement for client’s suppliers to be ISO 9001 standard compliant, Royal Oracle can conduct 2nd party compliance audits, on behalf of the client. Compliance report generated can be a useful tool for client’s Supply Chain Management.
