Royal Oracle team comprises of qualified technical and commercial personnel with vast experience in design, project controls, construction management, contract management and risk management. This allows us to deploy resources required to perform the Project Management (PM) Services for our Clients.

Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM)

Royal Oracle has expertise in Planning, Design, and Construction Management of Civil and Structural Engineering projects. We developed a model termed “Smart-Management-on-Demand” (SMoD), which centres on systematic management of information and processes throughout a project lifecycle as an economic risk mitigation method.

We use Project Management methodologies to streamline implementation processes, while using technology to manage a Common Data Environment (CDE), to promote a collaborative working culture.

At Royal Oracle, we are committed to knowledge transfer. Using our SMoD, Royal Oracle provides Professional Engineering Services to a variety of clients, including small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs), to systematically manage specific project tasks. We can also be contracted to work with the clients’ teams while providing only technical management.

Royal Oracle is an EPCM contractor. We are mainly involved in four types of contracting:

We are in partnership with Adept Pro (Pty) Ltd and Mtaz Construction (Pty) Ltd to provide complete packages of EPC services that guarantees client satisfaction.

Royal Oracle adopts a Building Information Management (BIM) workflow which guarantees that knowledge is transferred better between successive implementation stages, unlike with the tradition workflow, as illustrated below.
